Do you deliver to Africa? ▼

Yes — we ship to all African countries. For large orders we offer container shipping direct from our supplier in Abu Dhabi or from the manufacturer, which significantly reduces freight costs. We advise on the most cost-effective shipping route for your location.

Can linen and carpet sizes be customised? ▼

Yes — all linen products and Regalia carpets can be customised in terms of size, colour, design and material. This is particularly useful for hotels that want branded or bespoke interiors. Lead times for custom orders are typically 4–8 weeks.

How long does delivery take? ▼

For UK orders, standard delivery is typically 7–14 working days. For African destinations, container shipping is typically 4–8 weeks depending on the destination port. Air freight is available for urgent smaller orders. We confirm exact timelines when you place your order.

What payment methods do you accept? ▼

We accept bank transfer (BACS), international wire transfer and can discuss payment terms for regular trade customers. For new customers we typically require a deposit before production or shipping. Contact us to discuss the best arrangement for your business.
